I ordered two of the gun safe frames for Father's Day, and I didn't realize until after I paid and placed the order that I had ordered the wrong sizes and colors. I immediately reached out to the company, and even though it was extremely late at night, they responded to me within an hour! They immediately fixed my mistake; I paid the difference and explained that I needed them before I left out of town for Father's Day. Not only were they super communicative when my order was ready, but they also confirmed the style and size, and it was delivered a whole week before I needed them. My father-in-law called it his favorite gift he had received in a while, and the quality was top-tier. I will now be ordering from them for any Father's Day, birthday, Christmas gift, etc., for all the men in my life.

I failed to include my email address in my order. I was really nervous about being scammed because I've never bought anything from a Facebook post before. I contacted the customer service at 6:45 am on a Sunday, not expecting a reply until Monday, and I received a reply and confirmation email within 20 min of messaging them. I'm beyond impressed with the customer service alone. I'm excited to receive my purchase and I'd recommend these guys a million times over for the attention to detail and best customer support I have ever received.

The best customer service ever. I picked a photo, unfortunately the sides of the picture were cut off due to the product design. The company allowed me to pick a different picture and replaced it for me for free! It was the second one I purchased, and as soon as they release the one long enough for my rifle I’ll be purchasing that one too!
