I failed to include my email address in my order. I was really nervous about being scammed because I've never bought anything from a Facebook post before. I contacted the customer service at 6:45 am on a Sunday, not expecting a reply until Monday, and I received a reply and confirmation email within 20 min of messaging them. I'm beyond impressed with the customer service alone. Love this! Looks like simple wall decor, so it blends right in—no one would guess it’s hidden storage. Feels sturdy and well made, and the compartment is easy to access when needed. Great low-key option without the bulky look.
The best customer service ever. I picked a photo, unfortunately the sides of the picture were cut off due to the product design. The company allowed me to pick a different picture and replaced it for me for free! It was the second one I purchased, and as soon as they release the one long enough for my rifle I’ll be purchasing that one too!
